首先我们需要备份原来的软件源文件

sudo cp /etc/apt/sources.list /etc/apt/sources.list.bak

使用自己喜欢的文本编辑器
打开sources.list并替换为自己喜欢的软件源

sudo vim /etc/apt/sources.list

更新源资源

然后刷新软件源信息，最后更新软件

sudo apt upgrade

以下个人建议:
在最新的20.04LTS版本上使用官方源
他会根据地区选择对应服务器选择
下载和编译速度不输给国内非官方源
软件更新速度更比国内非官方源要快
